"Our slogan defines the name of our company in itself in addition to referring to the market focus for which our company is dedicated! 

The word VILLA (Portuguese: vila) was originally an upper-class country residence or manor, although since its origins in Roman times, the idea and function of a villa has evolved considerably. After the end of the Roman Republic, a villa became a small walled farmhouse, gradually re-establishing throughout the Middle Ages, its original characteristic of rural housing for aristocrats. In modern parlance, the term can refer to a specific type of detached suburban residence. 

Because in the real estate area, marketing is paramount, I decided to create my own brand through a single word that was easy to memorize and that was easily translated into all languages, taking into account that we work more and more with foreigners and especially with French-speaking clients.

MARKET is the diminutive of the word Marketing or marketing as being the art of exploring, creating and delivering value to satisfy the needs of the market using products or services that may interest consumers. For this, it is necessary to create a defined strategy that will be used in sales, communications and business development

MARKET is the English term for market that was used to designate the place where buyers and sellers met to exchange their goods. 

Inspired by the bright red of the cosmopolitan and very famous Loulé Market located in the Algarve and with the support of the definitions above, I realized that VILLAMARKET will be the place where the seller will put his VILLA on the market for sale , which will be promoted by VILLAMARKET through an important Marketing plan with the aim of reaching the buyer who will find  his dream at the fair market price!"
