Pursuant to Article 18 of Law No 144/2015 of 8 September in the current wording, in the event of litigation or dissatisfaction with the service provided may the Second Contractor appeal to the Cimaal Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Centre than the Mediator is adherent.
